Terms and License
This page separates the basic rules for Macaroni materials from the item-specific license notes for works distributed or sold on BOOTH.
Allowed Use
Free materials may be used for personal, doujin, corporate, commercial, and non-commercial works.
- Use in VRChat, Unity projects, avatar photography, video production, and 3D game production.
- Use inside games, videos, streams, social media posts, doujin works, and commercial works.
- Editing needed for production, such as pose or motion adjustment, cropping, and format conversion.
- Credit is required. Please credit as "macaronin". If possible, we would appreciate a link to https://macaronin.com.
Prohibited Use
- Redistribution, resale, re-uploading, or claiming the materials as your own.
- Using the files for AI training, datasets, LoRA training, or similar machine-learning datasets without written permission.
- Use in illegal content, content involving minors or minor-looking characters, or content that violates local laws or platform terms.
Source Avatars
Compatible avatars are not included in the distributed files. Please purchase or download each source avatar from its official creator page. Credit links on character pages point to the source avatar pages.
Privacy
This static site does not process payments, accounts, or inquiry forms. Age confirmation and language preference may be saved in your browser using localStorage.
Analytics
This site may use analytics tools to understand viewing conditions and improve the site. Analytics may collect information such as viewed pages, usage environment, and access date and time.
This information is not used to identify individual visitors. If tools such as Google Analytics are used, collected information is managed according to each provider's privacy policy.
